Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. herb croutons
    4 c. shredded medium sharp cheese
    2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
    8 eggs
    5 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place croutons in greased 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese and crumbled, cooked sausage.
    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour this mixture into the baking dish.
    It will be very full.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
