Cheese Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. spaghetti
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    8 slices American cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef in pan.
    Pour off grease.
    Add tomatoes, sauce, paste and seasonings.
    Simmer, stirring often, for at least 1 hour. Cook noodles, and drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour and salt and blend well; slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Add cheeses.
    Stir until melted.
    Use a 2-quart dish.
    Beginning with noodles, meat and cheese; repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
