Tuna Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. onion
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Drain and flake tuna; mix with potatoes.
    Stir in egg yolks. Add salt, pepper and onion; fold in egg whites.
    Pour mixture in greased custard cups or casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
