Pork Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Pork, cut into thin strips
    3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2- 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can beef broth
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook pork in 1 tbsp. hot oil till done. Saut celery, onions and mushrooms in 2 tbsp. oil until tender, 2-3 minutes stirring often. Blend cornstarch and 1/4 c. broth. Add rest of broth and soy sauce. Add broth mix and meat to vegetable mixture along with bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Heat and stir until thickened. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
