Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peel and cut in 2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water, covered, until tender. Drain.
    Combine butter and parsley.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Toss to coat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
