Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 or 2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add shortening with eggs, milk and vanilla.
Make soft dough and either roll in a pan or pat into pan thin.
Put strips or thin pats on top of rhubarb.
