Cat Leveen'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 slices bread
    1/4 c. canned milk (or enough to dampen bread)
    1 egg
    1 medium-sized onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl place bread slices.
    Pour canned milk over bread and let set until soft enough to crumble.
    Add ground beef and all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into loaf. Place into baking dish.
    Pour 1/2 cup water around loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
