Mother'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. solid shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. sour milk (sour milk by adding 1 tsp. vinegar to milk before you add soda)
    2 c. flour
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and eggs.
    Add milk/soda mixture alternately with flour.
    Mix all and then add mashed bananas and vanilla, mixing well.
    Pour into ungreased angel food cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Let cool and then remove from cake pan.
    Enjoy!!
    Can be made and baked in muffin cups for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Great to serve at breakfast or to take to work for coffee break!!
