Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In mixer bowl combine all items except pie shell and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool.
Garnish as desired or serve plain.
Refrigerate leftovers.
