Stuffed Spud Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, milk, half and half and thawed potatoes. Stir in cheese and heat gently.
    Serves 8 to 10.
