Sausage And Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. mild or hot bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 (6 oz.) box stuffing croutons
    1 (2 oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice mix according to package directions.
    Set aside.
    In a skillet melt butter.
    Saute the onion and celery until tender. Combine all remaining ingredients and place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
