Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 pkg. large instant chocolate pudding
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies (may substitute other brands)
gummy worms (use only if desired for effect)

Preparation

You also need one 10-inch pot (may substitute other type of container instead).
