Toni'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Blend together in order: eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini, lemon rind and vanilla.
    Blend dry ingredients into egg mixture.
    Add walnuts.
    Divide batter into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
