"Bulji"(Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. lard
    1 tsp. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slowly add enough flour to make a soft dough, knead for a few minutes. Let rise until double in size. Knead down and let rise again. Put in pan. Let it rise again. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350\u00b0F.
    Makes one loaf.
