Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash brown potatoes (potato O'Brien) or you can add your own green pepper and onions
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup (do not add milk or water to soup)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into baking dish and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
