Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sliced pork chops
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1 small bay leaf
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine pork chops, water, chopped vegetables and salt, red pepper and black pepper to taste.
    Bring to boil; let simmer until pork chops are tender.
    Drain broth; set aside.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups broth and 1 1/4 cups uncooked rice.
    Cook until tender.
    Combine can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, rice and pork chops.
    You should have a nice creamy casserole.
