Auntie'S Squash And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    corn meal
    1 large onion, sliced and separated
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 to 2 squash, sliced
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.
    While butter is heating, roll potatoes, onion and squash in corn meal.
    Add rolled vegetables to butter and fry to desired tenderness.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over the top and serve.
