Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tall can Milnot
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in plastic Ziploc bag and refrigerate.
    Prepare filling as for fruit pies.
    Pinch off small amount of dough and roll into a ball.
    Roll out in a circle about as large as a saucer; crimp edges.
    Fry in deep boiling fat; drain on paper towels.
    These can be used as a fund raising project.
