Okra Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped tomato
1 1/4 c. sliced okra
1/2 tsp. dried basil
4 slices American cheese, cut in half to form triangle
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
Stir in tomato, okra and basil. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
