Peppers And Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. peppers
2 c. vinegar
2 c. oil
2 lb. hot dogs or more
1 Tbsp. salt
2 (32 oz.) bottles ketchup
3 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and ketchup.
Pour over peppers. Cook on medium heat until peppers wilt, then add hot dogs.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Put in jars.
