Sunday Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    7 oz. beef broth
    8 medium mushrooms, sliced
    2 dashes garlic salt
    12 slices thin beef, cooked
    4 kaiser rolls
Preparation
    In large skillet over low heat, make a roux with butter and flour.
    Add broth, mushrooms and garlic salt.
    Increase to medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add more broth is sauce is too thick.
    Add beef and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve open-faced on toasted and buttered kaiser rolls.
