Zucchini Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. squash
    4 c. onion
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 red bell pepper, ground
    1 green bell pepper, ground
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Grind squash and onion. Add salt.
    Mix and let stand overnight.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and cook in kettle on top of stove for 30 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
