Kochanny Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground lean beef, lightly salted
    2 Tbsp. oil (omit if using hamburger meat)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 green peppers
    1 large onion
    6 celery sticks
    1 whole hot pepper
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large can red kidney beans
    1 can tomato sauce (substitute a can of tomato soup and a can of water if you don't have the sauce)
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Preparation
    Brown the beef in a cooking pot. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the warm water and add to the meat.
    Chop the green peppers, onion and celery sticks.
    Add to the pot along with the whole hot pepper. Don't break it up as you will remove it later on. Sprinkle on the chili powder and sugar. Add the tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce and garlic.
    Mix all ingredients well. Slowly simmer chili for about 1 1/2 hours. When it is done, remove the hot pepper.
