Jalapeno Chili Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. + 2 Tbsp. buttermilk baking mix
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    3 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Set aside.
