Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
    Test with butter knife, when it comes out clean, the pudding is done.
