Sweet Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw rice
    7 c. onions, chopped coarse
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook the rice in 3 cups water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Cook onions in large skillet until clear but not brown.
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
