Chicken-Rice-Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped chicken
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. Uncle Ben's regular rice
    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
    6 green onions
    1 small can sliced black olives
    green pepper, chopped
    celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. Hellmann's mayo
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    n and chop artichokes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Add mayonnaise at end (I use light).
    Chill.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Great with Ritz crackers!
