Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14.5 oz.) can regular corn, drained
1 (14.5 oz.) can creamed corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered.
