Little Cheesecake Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
    2 cans pie filling (your choice)
Preparation
    Mix with mixer the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
    Line little cupcake tinfoil papers with a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each.
    No muffin pan is needed.
    Fill liners 3/4 full of cheese mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool and cover with pie filling. Chill.
    Makes 2 dozen, depending on foil tins.
