Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small box strawberry jello
1 baked pie shell
whipped cream
1 qt. fresh strawberries

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and water together; boil until thick and clear.
Remove from heat.
Stir in dry jello.
Let cool.
Fill pie shell with strawberries (leave whole or slice).
Pour jello filling over berries and chill.
Top with whipped cream.
