Refrigerated Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
6 c. cucumbers, sliced thin, with skin
1 large onion, sliced or chopped
1 large green pepper
1 large carrot, sliced thin
Preparation

Pour syrup over vegetables and refrigerate for 3 days.
Will keep for months and will freeze.
