Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Beat together margarine, sugar and eggs.
Alternate 1/2 cup milk with rest of dry ingredients as you mix it all together.
Add zucchini last.
Mix in.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
