Artichoke Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. artichokes, drained and diced 1/2-inch pieces
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c. drained diced black olives
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 carrot, grated
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Serves 6.
Saute artichokes, butter, olives and mushrooms in pan for 10 minutes.
Add all other ingredients.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over linguine.
