Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. cheese (Cheddar or Velveeta)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    Durkee onions
Preparation
    Cook rice in water with salt.
    Cook on low heat until all water is gone.
    Combine onion and broccoli.
    Place in casserole dish and thaw in microwave for approximately 5 minutes.
    Add cheese to cooked rice.
    Combine milk and soup with rest of ingredients.
    Place in greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add Durkee onions and shredded Cheddar cheese toward end of baking.
