Mom'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    4 c. celery, chopped
    1 lb. ground chuck
    7 c. tomatoes (canned)
    14 oz. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. chili powder
    5 c. kidney beans
Preparation
    Saute butter, celery and ground chuck.
    Drain grease; add tomatoes, sauce, salt, sugar and chili powder.
    Simmer 1 hour. Add beans.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
