Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu Pizza Quick sauce
    3/4 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. mushroom pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.
    Drain off fat, then spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Top with pizza sauce, mushrooms and cheese. Combine Bisquick mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth.
    Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let set a few minutes before serving.
    To serve, cut in squares and turn pieces upside-down on plate.
