Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 lb. raw spinach, washed and drained
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small white onion, cut into thin rings
    black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Crumble bacon; drain again on paper.
    Combine bacon drippings, olive oil, vinegar and sugar in jar.
    Cover, shake well and set aside.
