Baked Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and stir until frothy.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add salt.
    Separate eggs.
    Beat whites until stiff.
    Place egg yolks in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and beat. Slowly add cream sauce which has been cooled slightly.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
