3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3.5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. frozen Cool Whip, partially thawed
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 pkg. gummy worms
