Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 potatoes, scrubbed and washed
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into wedges, about 6 wedges from each potato. In large plastic bag or bowl with lid, combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
    Add potatoes and shake.
    Put 2 tablespoons margarine in a large flat baking pan and melt. Empty entire bag onto baking sheet.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes.
