Fruit Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
1 2/3 c. drained pineapple tidbits (1 lb. can)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped celery (1 stalk)
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion or 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dairy or imitation sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
If desired, garnish with maraschino cherries.
Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
