Honey Wheat Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

1 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. bread flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1/4 oz. pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
Preparation

Using butter, grease a 1/2-quart casserole dish or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Set aside.
In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup bread flour, whole wheat flour, nonfat dry milk, yeast, salt, honey and vegetable oil, with mixer on low speed; mix until blended.
While mixing, add hot water.
Continue mixing until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Add remaining cup of bread flour, gradually mixing at high speed until smooth.
