Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (2 crust)
    4 c. peeled and sliced zucchini
    2 Tbsp. mucco
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute zucchini in mucco.
    Cool and put into pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
