Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. orange or apple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
In another bowl, beat other ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and carrots.
Pour in greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
