Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 small pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can beef gravy
    2 cans whole corn
    3 to 4 lb. potatoes
    bread crumbs
    buttermilk
    olive oil
Preparation
    Add buttermilk to potatoes.
    Do mash potatoes, then proceed with following:
    With oil, brown onions, mushrooms and pepper in large frypan until golden or soft.
    Add ground sirloin; cook until medium-well, stirring frequently.
    Reduce to low heat.
    Add beef gravy.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
