Buttermilk Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, Crisco oil and beaten eggs.
    Add to mixture, a small amount at a time, the salt, soda and cocoa. Combine to other mixture the water, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Batter will be thin.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Spread icing over hot cake and allow to cool in pan.
