Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    shortening
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    wide noodles, rice or potatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in small amount of shortening in heavy frying pan.
    Add seasonings, mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Simmer a few minutes and serve over hot cooked noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
