Pork Chops In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1/2 inches thick)
    2 Tbsp. (1 oz) seasoned flour
    4 whole cloves
    1 oz. butter or margarine
    1/2 cup water
    salt
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    black pepper
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 Tbsp. (1/2 oz) sugar
Preparation
    Coat chops with seasoned flour.
    Insert one clove in each chop.
    Heat butter in a flameproof casserole and brown chops lightly on both sides.
