Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) fryer
    8 oz. stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 soup cans chicken stock
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 stick margarine
    poultry seasoning or ground sage
Preparation
    Boil chicken in about 20 ounces of water until done.
    (Do not let water boil away.)
    Cool.
    Remove from bone in small pieces. Set aside.
