Asparagus Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
    1 lb. asparagus, cut into 1/2-inch long pieces
    2 red bell peppers, cut in bite size pieces
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 cloves garlic
    grated zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 scallion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. fresh coriander
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Stir-fry asparagus and pepper in oil over high heat until almost tender, approximately 8 minutes.
    Add shrimp and soy sauce. Stir until shrimp turns pink.
    Add garlic, zest of lemon, ginger, salt and pepper flakes.
    Cook until hot, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve with scallion and coriander over the top.
